You're reviewing three therapy-session transcripts from the same patient, recorded across consecutive weeks. Somewhere across them, a plain factual detail contradicts itself — one session states it one way, a later session states it another. Your job is to find (a) which session holds the contradicting statement and (b) what the contradiction reveals. This is a puzzle, told with care. The patient is invented; the mismatch is factual, not a mood read.
