You're reviewing four therapy-session transcripts from the same patient, recorded across consecutive weeks. Somewhere across them, a plain factual detail contradicts itself. Your job is to find (a) which session holds the contradicting statement and (b) what the contradiction reveals. This is a puzzle, told with care. The patient is entirely invented; the mismatch is factual, not a reading of mood or tone.

- Exactly one plain fact is stated one way early and another way later. Find the session that holds the contradicting statement.
- Then pick what that contradiction quietly reveals, from a menu.
