Somewhere in them, a plain factual detail contradicts something stated in an earlier session. Your job is to identify (a) which session holds the contradicting statement and (b) what that contradiction reveals. This is a puzzle, told with care — the patient is invented, and the mismatch is factual, not a mood read.
