The programme says 'strictly by ticket'. The programme has never met you. Today you want the concours lawn, at the far end of the showground, in four stages, before the parade begins. Stewards read you from a distance: stay out of their sight, lose yourself in a crowd, crouch behind a bale, or hop a fence where nobody is looking. Every stage has a checkpoint; if you are caught after the first, you are marched back to the last one you reached. Look about the ground for anything that might help.
