Head porter Curtis Dane was the only staff member with a key to drawer D-7 during the day shift of 2 September, and a hotel CCTV clip shows him entering the vault corridor at 11:47 that morning. The prosecution argues Dane removed the watch for personal gain. The jury must decide whether the evidence and testimony establish his guilt beyond reasonable doubt.
