Resort surveillance shows Dex Morrow was the sole staff member present in the corridor between 07:15 and 09:00. RFID gate logs later flagged all six passes scanning at the gondola loading bay in a tight cluster between 08:41 and 08:55 — before any registered holder had presented themselves. The prosecution argues Morrow removed the passes and handed them to paying strangers at the gondola queue.
