Rattled Tin at the Rondo Break
≈ 9 min
The Halcourt Civic Pavilion hosts a twice-yearly Community Music Morning: a public rehearsal open to ticket holders, followed by a forty-minute refreshment break in the ground-floor atrium foyer, then a second public session. A charity collection box — a cardboard tube with a sealed coin slot and a removable base — is placed on the foyer refreshment table at the start of the morning and collected by the charity steward at the close of the afternoon session. Between the end of the first session and the beginning of the second, the box was found to have been emptied. Your task is to profile the offender's behaviour from the scene, the victim profile, the witness statements, and the evidence list. You will not be asked to name anyone.
The scene
Halcourt Touring Orchestra Rehearsal Hall, a two-storey rehearsal complex attached to the Halcourt Civic Pavilion in the town of Strentham
