Wax and Wreckage at the Meridian Wharf
≈ 9 min
The Solent Coastal Research Consortium maintains a small demonstration apiary — four observation hives in a timber pavilion on the Terminal's south courtyard — as part of a running pollinator-science residency. Overnight between Friday and Saturday, the apiary was vandalised: frames were scattered, foundation sheets torn out, and the colony-record board overturned. No hive was removed. Staff discovered the damage at 06:45 Saturday. Your task is to profile the offender's behaviour from the scene, the victim information, the witness statements, and the physical evidence. You will not be asked to name anyone — only to profile what the file shows.
The scene
Meridian Wharf Terminal, a 1930s ocean-liner embarkation hall repurposed as a maritime heritage museum and seasonal research venue
In the file
