At 14:20 on Wednesday, 9 July 2026, maritime courier Priya Sund arrived at Calstone Ferry Terminal to collect a sealed diplomatic pouch — transit case TF-9 — from a ferry passenger named Oberon Chalk. When Priya opened the case at the collection desk, she found it contained only bundled newspaper.
