Installation week at Grove Street Gallery ends tomorrow with the opening of 'Periphery', a group show featuring four emerging artists. This afternoon, a smear of cadmium red paint was found on sculptor Ines Okoro's tool roll — paint matching the slashed canvas belonging to ceramicist and rival exhibitor Dov Brauer. Ines insists she never went near Dov's work, but the evidence seems to say otherwise. Someone put that paint there.
