A small but valuable oil painting — 'Dusk on the Moor' by 19th-century artist R. Halley — has gone missing from Gallery 4. The theft occurred sometime during the museum's Tuesday evening members-only event, which ran from 6 PM to 9 PM. Security found the empty frame at 9:10 PM when the lights came up. Four people had access to Gallery 4 during the event.
