The Reconciliation Sheet of Sunshare Volta
≈ 4 min
Sunshare Volta is a community solar cooperative serving forty-two member households in the Tema corridor east of Accra. Each month, the co-op's billing coordinator files a panel output and credit reconciliation with the Ghana Energy Credit Bureau, which releases a per-kilowatt-hour subsidy to the co-op based on verified generation dates and output figures. The Bureau has flagged the July 2026 reconciliation after its automated cross-check found an inconsistency in one line. The auditor is asked to identify which filed line contains a factual error and which record exposes it.
